Minimum Fee -- $500.00
Plus $1.50 per $1,000.00
Example
$500,000 -- $1,250.00
$600,000 -- $1,400.00
$700,000 -- $1,550.00
Prices do not include title insurance.
No title insurance, add $300.00 to escrow fee.
Commercial Real Estate, add $200.00 to minimum base fee.
Loan Escrow Rate Schedule
Minimum Fee -- $500.00
Plus $1.00 per $1,000.00
Example
$500,000 -- $1,000.00
$600,000 -- $1,100.00
$700,000 -- $1,200.00
- Over $2 million, the minimum charge will be $3,500. If additional charges are to be made, they will be based on the costs incurred and additional responsibilities assumed by the company and must be agreed to by the customer in writing. (In writing includes customer's approval of settlement statement).
Standard for Santa Clara County-Seller Pays Fee.
Standard for Santa Cruz County-Fees Split 50/50.
